Returns & Refund Policy

1. Digital Downloads

All sales of digital downloads, templates, and electronic files are final sale.

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, once a file has been delivered or a download link has been accessed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• Link Expiration: For security purposes, all download links expire 30 days after the date of purchase.

• Expired Tokens: If your download link has expired before you were able to save your files, please contact us with your order number. We are happy to re-verify your purchase and send a fresh download link to the email address used at checkout.

• Technical Assistance: If you encounter a corrupted file or a broken link, please notify us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement file.

2. Furniture Items

All furniture sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an item has been picked up or dispatched for shipping.

Local Pickup

• Items must be thoroughly inspected by the buyer (or their representative) at the time of pickup.

• Once the item leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible for its condition.

Shipping & Third-Party Delivery

For customers requiring long-distance delivery, we utilize uShip as our third-party logistics provider.

• Shipping Costs: All shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are paid directly to the carrier or handled as a pass-through cost.

• Transfer of Liability: Once the furniture is handed over to the third-party carrier, the carrier assumes all legal responsibility for the item.

• Damage Claims: Any damage incurred during transit must be resolved through a claim with the uShip carrier. We strongly recommend that buyers photograph the item upon arrival and retain all original packaging to facilitate any necessary claims with the shipping provider.
